Description: The piece has a conical shape with the top missing and is made of gold plate. The calotte is ornamented with au repoussée cones arranged in horizontal rows, except for two cones which are decorated with cruciform ornaments. Two apotropaic eyes with double eyebrows and arched eyebrows are raised in the frontal area. The cheek guards are decorated with a figure wearing a helmet and cloak, one of whose knees is resting on a ram, which it is preparing to sacrifice with a dagger. The head is adorned in two registers, horizontally separated by an 'S' band. The decoration in the upper register consists of four animals in profile to the left, with a rosette in the middle. In the lower register there are 3 animals, 2 of which are facing, holding in their mouths a foot ending in a hoof. The calotte has missing fragments, cracks, cracks, scratches, visible dents, deformations all over the surface. The right cheek guard, detached, glued to the helmet with fiberglass and resin, with an old perforation, shows scratches, cracks, missing fragments and dents. The left guard, shows an old perforation, scratches, cracks, small missing fragments, dents, and in the area of contact with the calotte and the head guard shows a tendency to detach and fiberglass and resin bonding. The head cover shows visible dents, scratches and long cracks with missing fragments in the contact area with the shell and on the underside, as well as a fiberglass and resin bond. The hull is visibly deformed and there are impurities in the decoration cavities.
